Aasopalav is committed to deliver your order within the given time frame. We trust only the reputed companies for shipping requirements. The companies ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, however the delivery time is indicative only. In certain rare cases the delivery might be delayed due to factor beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes or any other such incidents.

Aasopalav ships their products in & out of India too. We provide free shipping in Maharashtra. A detailed postal address/shipping address would be required for the same. Deliveries will be made in working hours of the courier company. No items will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in most cities as they follow a 5-day work culture.

Transit Time
Since these are handloom goods an appropriate 5 to 7 days’ time would be required for delivery in India and 7 to 10 working days outside India.

Transit Risk
Aasopalav delivers its products through reputed companies only. At the time of delivery the courier partner may reach the shipping address and the product is not collected then it would be delivered to the nearest office of the courier company. Due to mistakes in address shared or change in address, Aasopalav will not be held responsible for any mishaps post-dispatch.

Shipping & Tracking Details
Aasopalav will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order as soon as the products are handed over to the courier company. The email will contain the tracking number and the courier company website details along with the expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page by logging into the “My Account” section on our site.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please note: Aasopalav is not responsible for submission of incomplete address from your side. For proper and timely delivery complete postal address would be required. Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping address wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties not Aasopalav. Once the parcel is dispatched on the given address, no changes can be made after that whatsoever and Aasopalav is not responsible incase there is some mistake in the address or change in the address. In the event of reshipment of the same order customers will be responsible to re-shipping charges.
